The Trainer coordinates and supervises all components of the athletic training program for student athletes.
- Candidate should enjoy working with high school & junior high school aged student athletes, their parents/guardians, and faculty and staff members
- Candidate must be able to carry out trainer’s duties such as providing emergency care, implement injury prevention and treatment program, provide physical rehabilitation, prepare athletes for practices and games, keep and maintain medical records, supervise and train student athletic trainers, coordinate and supervise annual physical exams, provide CPR/AED training and other duties as assigned
- Possess computer literacy skills
- Hold valid license from Texas Advisory Board of Athletic Trainers
- Be able to work a 197 work day calendar
Salary commensurate with years of service and qualifications.
